WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Cat New Zealand delivers New Zealand wide. To guarantee safe arrival of your order, please specify a delivery address which will be manned during business. If no one is present to accept your delivery but a safe place to leave it is available, it will be left for you and the tracking will show “Delivered with Safe Drop”. If no safe place is available a card will be left for you and your parcel will be taken to the nearest NZ Post.
DO YOU CHARGE A SHIPPING FEE? We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $12.99. However, if your order is over $150 we offer FREE SHIPPING on standard delivery, no matter your location in New Zealand or how many pairs you decide to purchase.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
We offer you SAME DAY DISPATCH for ALL orders placed before 2pm, this is purely dependent on stock availability. There may be instances where a product you have ordered is not in stock therefore the same day dispatch cannot be met, however you will be notified and we will endeavour to have your order dispatched in a timely manner. All dispatch times exclude weekends, Cat New Zealand operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Orders are delivered via SEKO and they target next day delivery to capital cities.
Delivery times to Metro areas may take 4 - 9 business days and Regional areas 5 – 10 business days for orders placed before 2pm NZST.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
From the moment your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification confirming dispatch details where you will be allocated a tracking number and be advised of your allocated delivery service. To track your order log into your account and select 'Track my Order' tab on the left hand side.
